Job Overview

The Manager – Sales will lead sales activities, develop new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and identify new business opportunities.
• Develop and expand the customer base.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare sales activity and performance reports.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of sales experience with a proven record of achieving targets.
• Experience in the real estate industry is an advantage.
• Valid visa or previous travel experience in the USA, Canada, or UK will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
