
The Safety, Health, and Environment Manager manages and coordinates all safety, health, and environment programs, processes, and activities in order to maintain a compliant and safe work environment. This role drives excellence in safety, health, and environment across the site to achieve the best safety and sustainability results. The SHE Manager will develop the local strategy to deliver legal compliance and ensure execution of BC Standards. This role will ensure the implementation of programs to drive the reduction of safety incidents and environmentally harmful impacts. The SHE Manager leads and manages SHE-related incidents on site. This role provides guidance and support on relevant SHE matters. The SHE Manager is a member of the Plant Management Team.
