The Role
The Manager, SWO will play a pivotal role in bridging our tools, systems, processes, and dashboards with government systems for monitoring water quality, infrastructure, and treatment device performance across multiple states in India. Reporting to the Principal Manager, you will map, evaluate, and optimize internal systems and processes, and develop strategic plans that enable seamless integration with government monitoring frameworks.
This is a strategic leadership role suited to a highly analytical, systems-oriented professional with strong experience in process mapping, dashboard development, data management, automation, and government system integration. You will lead efforts to harmonize internal monitoring mechanisms with state and national government systems, ensuring smooth data flow, alignment with government reporting requirements, and continuous improvement across Safe Water program operations.
This position involves travel of up to 30%, primarily to support state consultations, system rollouts, stakeholder engagement, and program reviews.
