OPEN JOB: Manager - Risk Management – Large Hospital

LOCATION: Las Vegas

*Relocation Assistance Available

*Interview Travel Reimbursed

BASE SALARY: $82,925 to $109,876

HOSPITAL: 485 bed private, for-profit hospital in Las Vegas, Nevada.

• The Manager of Risk Management is a key member of the leadership team and will be responsible for assisting the Director of Risk Management in leading the hospital's Patient Safety-Risk Management Program
• Support the implementation and maintenance of risk management and patient safety initiatives.
• Contribute to hospital compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and accreditation requirements.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3+ years' clinical experience or Risk Management experience required.
• Acute care experience preferred.
• Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management (CPHRM) PREFERRED
• Knowledge of the Joint Commission Standards, Centers of Medicare Conditions of Participation, acute care regulations
