Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 to 7 years of work experience in risk and compliance in a manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of global, regional, and local compliance regulations in logistics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for liaising with stakeholders, including suppliers, government agencies, and internal teams.
• Strong analytical abilities to address challenges quickly and develop effective risk mitigation and compliance strategies.
• Proactive personality with innovative ideas and a willingness to go the extra mile.
• Preferred age below 35 years.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and regulatory compliance of the business
• Risk Identification and Assessment
• Oversee the accuracy of all documentation for all supply chain activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Manage trade compliance, Investigate the issues properly with supporting, and all international trade requirements are met to resolve the issues.
• Continuously assess and improve supply chain processes
• Foster relationships with Customers and logistics providers to negotiate better terms, improve reliability.
• Overseeing marine Insurance.
