  • The Senior Benefits Manager or Manager is responsible for the design, implementation, and administration of the organization’s health and group benefits, recognition, leave, and retirement programs across GU’s. This role ensures that benefit offerings are competitive, compliant, cost-effective, and aligned with the company’s values and business goals. The position collaborates closely with HRIS, payroll, finance, vendor and legal teams to ensure benefits administration is compliant with all regulatory requirements and that processes are streamlined and accurate. Additionally, the incumbent holder will be expected to manage the KRA process for the senior executives of the organization.
  • This position is high Individual contributor role.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor market trends and benchmarking data to recommend market leading benefits , rollout and monitoring the ROI.
  • Continuously look for avenues through which market leading benefits can be launched.
  • Lead the development and execution of benefits strategies across health and group benefits, leave, recognition, and retirement programs.
  • Lead and tightly govern and monitor the Annual insurance renewal process for countries from plan performance, to design inputs and then rollout in a timely manner.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with brokers, carriers, and third-party administrators.
  • Lead vendor evaluations, renewals, and RFP processes to ensure optimal service delivery.
  • Develop and conduct change management sessions including road shows for employees of Brillio.
  • Design and govern the annual recognition program for the organization.
  • Have a strong bias towards market competitive practices, with fiscal prudence built in
  • Co-manage the KRA process – annual goal setting process of the organization for senior leaders and drive it tightly.
  • Have a solid understanding of the business and roles.
  • Work collaboratively with all other teams including HR business partners and other enabling teams to roll out benefits initiatives and programs.

  • Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in human resources with added experience in compensation
  • Good understanding of Total Rewards philosophy principles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, etc.).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with vendors and internal teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong preference or bias towards use of AI in benefits portfolio where possible.
