For this role, we are looking for a key manager to help build and scale our world-class growth machine. You will be joining the team that designs the business infrastructure, intelligent automated workflows, and data-driven insights that drive success in the agent recruiting process. This role reports to the Managing Director of the Revenue Strategy and Operations

The most important skill set for this role is the ability to optimize and drive process excellence for an enterprise sales organization by marrying traditional revenue operations with modern AI-driven automation.
The Manager will be expected to lead complex, dynamic projects with multiple cross-functional business and technical partners (including sales, sales leadership, business systems, finance, legal, and company leadership).

Upskilling & Culture: Serve as the strategic champion for AI literacy within RevOps and broader growth teams. Lead initiatives to train, upskill, and enable team members to build and leverage autonomous AI agents and intelligent tools in their day-to-day workflows.
What We're Looking For:
Compensation: The pay range for this position is $110,000 - $125,000 annually; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonuses and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of benefits. Base pay is based on market location. Minimum wage for the position will always be met.
