Cohesity isseekinga highly analytical and forward-thinking Revenue Accountingand ReportingManagerto join our growing finance team. In this role, you will be a key player in our revenue operations, ensuring strict compliance with ASC 606 while driving technical and process innovation. The ideal candidatepossessesdeepexpertisein software revenue recognition, advanced mastery of NetSuite’s Advanced Revenue Management (ARM) module, and a passion forleveragingmodern data tools and AI to automate workflows. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams, lead audit support, and turn large datasets into actionable financial insights.
HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE:
Month-End & Quarter-End Close: Support the revenue close process by performing critical system validations, reconciliations, and SOX controls testing to ensure financial integrity.
System Ownership (NetSuite ARM): Serve as the hands-onfunctionalexpert for NetSuite ARM. Oversee revenue arrangements, plans, and events, ensuring the system accurately reflects contract terms and accounting policies.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze large, complex financial datasets toidentifytrends, variances, and anomalies. Build andmaintaindynamic dashboards using Tableau and other BI reporting toolsfor revenue footnote disclosures and other internal revenue reporting needs
AI & Process Automation: Activelyidentifymanual bottlenecks within the revenue workflow and implement AI tools and automation to streamline data extraction, contract review, and routine validations.
Audit Support:Support the team with external and internalaudits, preparing comprehensive revenue schedules, walk-throughs, and PBC (Provided by Client) requests.
Ad Hoc Projects: Lead and support strategic finance initiatives, including system upgrades, process improvements, and M&A integration.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, ora relatedfield.
5+ years of revenue accounting experience, specifically within the software/SaaS industry.
Solid, demonstrable understanding of ASC 606 (Revenue from Contracts with Customers).
Advanced, hands-on experience with NetSuite ARM is strictlyrequired
Advanced Excel Skills andProficiency inbusiness intelligence anddata visualization tools.
Demonstratedability or strong aptitude to effectivelyutilizeAI tools to improve operational efficiency.
Exceptional ability to synthesize large volumes of data into clear,accurateconclusions.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex accounting concepts to non-finance stakeholders.

Disclosure Pursuant to Applicable State Equal Pay Transparency Laws - This position has a starting pay range as listed below. Actual salary depends upon many factors, including a candidate’s skills, qualifications and experience, location, and salary expectations, and therefore a starting salary at the low end, high end, or even above the stated range may be offered. This position may also be eligible for bonus compensation, commission (if in a sales function), and/or equity grants. Additionally, full-time employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits framework, including health and wellness benefits, vacation, paid holidays and refresh days, 401(k) retirement plan, life and disability insurance coverages, and other benefits the Company may offer from time to time.
Pay Range :
$158,400.00-$176,000.00
The compensation noted above is based on an annualized hourly rate assuming normal full-time employment.
