Are you a good match?
The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of five years’ experience in retail operations, retail technology, project management; ideally within a luxury, premium consumer, or specialty retail environment; Bachelor’s degree preferred; a relevant combination of education and work experience will be considered. You will have experience supporting technology implementations, application rollouts, process improvements, or transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of retail technology, applications, and operational processes, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Experience with POS, CRM, inventory management, SAP, Salesforce or other enterprise retail systems preferred, and you will have proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
What are we expecting from you?
The Manager, Retail OS & Applications, will support the implementation, adoption, and ongoing optimization of retail technology solutions across the Americas. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Retail OS & Applications, this role will manage key projects and initiatives that support boutique operations, improve the employee experience, and enhance the client journey.
The Manager will work closely with boutique teams, Retail leadership, cross-functional partners, Richemont, and Global HQ teams to coordinate technology initiatives from planning through deployment and adoption. This position requires a strong understanding of retail operations, project management, technology implementation, and change management, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Salary Range: $105,000 - $115,000 (Annual)
