This open position is for Armanino India LLP. Armanino India LLP is a fully owned subsidiary of Armanino (USA).
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and deliver executive-level Resource Management reporting for firm-wide leadership and individual Business Units.
- Prepare recurring and ad hoc dashboards, reports, and analyses related to workforce capacity, demand, utilization, staffing, availability, forecast accuracy, and resource deployment.
- Translate complex data into clear, concise insights that enable leadership to make informed decisions.
- Partner with the Senior Director of Resource Management to identify reporting needs, define metrics, and improve visibility into firm-wide resource health.
- Create reporting packages and presentations that are polished, accurate, and appropriate for executive audiences.
- Pull, combine, validate, and analyze data from multiple systems and sources, including resource management tools, financial systems, HR systems, project management tools, and Excel-based trackers.
- Build and maintain advanced Excel models, templates, and reporting tools to support Resource Management operations.
- Identify trends, gaps, risks, and inconsistencies across data sets and communicate findings clearly.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting outputs.
- Support the development of standardized reporting processes, definitions, and governance for firm-wide Resource Management metrics.
- Analyze resource supply, demand, utilization, capacity, and staffing trends across Business Units.
- Provide insights that support workforce planning, staffing decisions, resource allocation, and operational performance.
- Partner with Resource Management leaders to identify opportunities for improved reporting, process efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.
- Support Business Unit-specific reporting needs while helping drive consistency across the firm.
- Help identify leading indicators of capacity constraints, underutilization, over-allocation, and staffing risk.
- Work closely with the Firm-wide Senior Director of Resource Management, Business Unit Resource Management leaders, Finance, HR, Operations, and Technology teams.
- Gather reporting requirements and translate business needs into practical, scalable reporting solutions.
- Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, explaining data findings in a clear and business-relevant way.
- Serve as a trusted reporting and analytics partner to Resource Management leadership.
- Manage multiple reporting priorities while maintaining quality, accuracy, and deadlines.
Requirements
- Significant experience in data analysis, reporting, business analytics, workforce analytics, or operations analytics within a professional services environment.
- Advanced to expert-level Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, data modeling, lookups, macros, and large data set management.
- Proven experience combining and reconciling data from multiple sources and systems.
- Prior experience creating executive-level reporting, dashboards, and leadership-ready analysis.
- Strong understanding of professional services operating models, including utilization, capacity, staffing, demand planning, project delivery, and financial performance.
- Ability to work independently, execute hands-on, and deliver high-quality outputs with limited oversight.
- Strong attention to detail, data integrity, and quality control.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver accurate reporting on tight timelines.
- Experience working with stakeholders across multiple geographies and Business Units.
- Prior experience supporting Resource Management, workforce planning, staffing operations, utilization reporting, or capacity planning.
- Experience with Resource Management tools, PSA platforms, ERP systems, HRIS systems, or financial planning/reporting systems.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools.
- Experience building standardized reporting frameworks for multi-Business Unit or firm-wide leadership teams.
- Experience working in a global professional services, consulting, accounting, engineering, or advisory firm.
- Deliver accurate, timely, and executive-ready reporting for firm-wide and Business Unit leadership.
- Improve visibility into resource supply, demand, utilization, and capacity.
- Create consistency in Resource Management metrics and reporting across the firm.
- Reduce manual effort and improve efficiency in reporting processes.
- Provide insights that support better staffing, planning, and workforce decisions.
- Build trust with Resource Management leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
