We are seeking a strategic and analytically strong professional to support evidence-based decision-making. You will work closely with leadership and program teams to analyze quantitative and qualitative data, generate structured insights, and produce high-quality research outputs that inform strategy and policy positioning. This role requires a hands-on individual who can translate complex datasets into clear, actionable narratives.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Interpretation: Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, gaps, and performance indicators, while developing dashboards for leadership review.
Research & Evidence Generation: Design research methodologies (surveys, interviews) and benchmark national/international best practices.
Report Writing: Develop high-quality research reports, policy briefs, and executive summaries that translate data into structured narratives.
Monitoring & Evaluation: Create frameworks for tracking program outcomes and interpret data to guide strategy refinement.
Stakeholder Support: Present findings to internal and external stakeholders and provide data-backed narratives for proposals.
Required Qualifications & Experiences:
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Public Policy, Data Science, Social Sciences, or Business Analytics.
Experience: 5–7 years in research, analytics, or monitoring & evaluation roles.
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools (R, Python, or Stata preferred).
Research Depth: Demonstrated experience in empirical analysis, impact evaluation, and writing structured research reports.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with close attention to detail.
