The Manager of Reporting and Analysis is an individual contributor responsible for providing analytical support to Marriott’s PLUS Services, Above Property Rooms Control (APRC) and Signature Services organizations. The Manager of Reporting and Analysis develops automated dashboards and comprehensive reports that enable stakeholders to track key performance metrics, evaluate the effectiveness of revenue strategies, and deliver actionable insights that inform decision-making. Working closely with leadership and other stakeholders, this role ensures that existing reporting is maintained, as well as new reporting is developed.
Candidate Profile:
Education and Experience
• 4-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration or quantitative discipline; 4 years’ experience in revenue management analysis, marketing analysis, sales management, financial analysis or a related discipline.
OR
• 2-year graduate degree from an accredited university in Business Administration or quantitative discipline; 2 years’ experience in revenue management analysis, marketing analysis, sales management, financial analysis, quantitative data analysis or a related discipline.
• Prior exposure to Marriott’s revenue management systems and principles is highly beneficial.
