Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Manage reinsurance team and provide suggestion to solve complex issues.
• Ensure if the reinsurance reports/transactions have been performed accurately.
• Monitor and evaluate reinsurance performance and provide recommendation to improve reinsurance strategy and/or to negotiate with reinsurers.
• Support in all reinsurance-related projects and provide analysis with recommendation.
• Document, maintain and optimize reinsurance processes.
• Liaise with reinsurers, underwriting team, actuarial team and IT team to analyze and optimize reinsurance process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Actuarial, Statistics or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 5-7 years of experience in the reinsurance field.
• Understand reinsurance techniques and operational processes.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
