Position: Manager Rehabilitation

Location: Nasiriyah, Dhi Qar Governorate, Iraq

Contract Details: Full Time, Permanent

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager Rehabilitation for a reputed client in IRAQ, who is dedicated to providing high-quality medical services to the local Job. The Manager Rehabilitation will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our rehabilitation projects, ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of services, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans for rehabilitation projects in line with company goals and objectives
• Manage and supervise a team of rehabilitation professionals, including engineers, architects, and project managers
• Coordinate with local authorities, community leaders, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation
• Oversee the budget and financial management of rehabilitation projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to budgetary constraints
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify any issues, and provide solutions to ensure project timelines are met
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in all rehabilitation activities
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with donors, partners, and other stakeholders to secure funding and support for rehabilitation projects
• Prepare and submit regular progress reports to senior management and donors
• Provide technical support and guidance to the team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality rehabilitation services
• Identify and implement innovative approaches to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of rehabilitation projects
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies related to rehabilitation services

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in healthcare related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing rehabilitation projects
• Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in managing a team of professionals
• Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, planning, and monitoring
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulations in construction and rehabilitation
