Organization:
CPMC-California Pacific Med Center Van NessResponsible for daily departmental operations of all registration and admitting functions. Primary duties are to implement standardized processes and best practices; carry out the concept of one team, assist in monitoring compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and safety standards; monitor every day activities and maintain an effective working relationship with internal customers and all key department managers. Leads and assists in achieving the overall patient and physician experience to standard service levels.
EDUCATION:
Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.
Bachelor's: Business Administration, Healthcare or related field
TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:
8 years of recent relevant experience.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
Working knowledge and understanding of insurance and medical terminology
General knowledge of patient access financial counseling functions in acute and non-acute settings.
Demonstrates leadership skills and ability to provide constructive and timely feedback to team members to support continuous improvement.
Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects while delivering quality service and achieving business results.
Able to handle difficult circumstances and make sound business decisions with little direction.
Ability to build and establish effective working partnership with employees, peers and/or leaders to achieve business objectives.
Knowledge of emerging treads and how it impacts operations.

Pay Range is $107,785.60 to $161,678.40 / annual salary
The compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled. Total compensation considers multiple factors, including, but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, departmental equity, training, and organizational needs.
