Welch's is seeking a dynamic, forward-thinking Manager – Regional Sales, responsible for our Grocery Channel. Customer set includes but not limited to: HEB, Brookshire, Raley’s, Stater Brothers, Bashas, URM, C&S CA, Fareway. A successful candidate will work directly with customers to effectively execute Welch's annual and long-term profit & volume goals that align to Welch's corporate initiatives. Your role will include strategic leadership, customer management, cross-functional teamwork, and commercialization of existing and unique product opportunities.

This role will be fully remote from your home office, preferably located near the city where customer headquarters reside with travel up to 25% of the time.

Compensation
The anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $125,000 to $135,000 annually for US-based employees. This range reflects the minimum and maximum base salary for the position across all US locations, is based on a full-time work schedule, and represents Welch’s good faith estimate as of the date of this posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for participation in a bonus plan.
