The Opportunity

As Manager, Regional Marketing, you will partner with Operations and practice leaders to drive growth across a regional portfolio of dental practices, using business insight, market intelligence, and performance data to identify opportunities and improve marketing effectiveness.

In This Role, You Will

• Manage and optimize a regional portfolio of practices, using data, market insights, and performance trends to identify growth opportunities and improve marketing effectiveness.
• Partner with Operations, practice leaders, and Support Centre teams to develop and activate practice-level marketing plans aligned with business priorities.
• Provide consultative recommendations on patient acquisition, retention, budget planning, and marketing spend to maximize return on investment.
• Lead marketing initiatives for mergers, acquisitions, relocations, and new practice builds.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and establish a regular cadence for performance reviews, growth planning, and opportunity activation.

What You’ll Bring

• Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience is required.
• Minimum 5–7 years of progressive B2C marketing experience is required.
• Experience in healthcare, multi-location retail, franchise, or service-based organizations is considered an asset.
• Consulting or advisory experience is an asset.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into business recommendations.
• Demonstrated project management experience managing multiple priorities, budgets, stakeholders, and deadlines.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence decision-making across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

The salary range for this position is $85,000 CAD to $100,000 CAD annually (plus a bonus of up to 15% and competitive total rewards and benefits package). Offers within this range are determined based on relevant experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as internal equity considerations. This job posting is for an existing vacancy.

You will be based at our Toronto Support Centre, located at 181 Bay Street in the heart of Toronto’s financial district. This position will be on site from Monday to Thursday, with Fridays designated as work-from-home days.
