Manager Regional Financial Planning & Analysis

• People & Performance Management Recruit, develop, coach, and manage team performance

• Planning Align team goals with divisional/corporate objectives; present plans to senior management

• Technical Expertise Maintain expert knowledge of FedEx standards, regulations, and business environment; provide advice on complex issues

• Processes & Procedures Lead process improvements and best practice implementation

• Maximising Opportunities Identify and evaluate business issues/opportunities; sponsor implementation of solutions

• Research & Analysis Conduct analysis, prepare reports, and contribute to strategic planning

• Project Management Oversee projects, ensure delivery within time and budget

• Budget Management Manage departmental budget and optimize costs

• Compliance Ensure activities meet internal policies and external regulations

• Alignments Build strong networks internally and externally; represent company in external organizations
