Key responsibilities:

  • Redemption Programme Strategy & Optimisation
    • Conduct a comprehensive review of the current loyalty redemption programme, including structure, mechanics, and customer journey
    • Identify opportunities to improve usability, attractiveness, and overall value proposition
    • Recommend and implement enhancements to strengthen programme performance and alignment with business objectives
  • Redemption Catalogue Development & Management
    • Design and build a structured and relevant redemption catalogue aligned with member preferences and business goals
    • Define product categories, pricing logic, and partner mix to maximise commercial value
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to source, onboard, and launch redemption offerings
  • Member Lifecycle & Product Strategy
    • Analyse member behaviour, engagement patterns, and transaction data to identify key growth drivers
    • Develop product strategies and incentive frameworks to increase repeat transactions and member lifetime value
    • Propose targeted initiatives such as campaigns, bundled offers, and value propositions to drive engagement frequency
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting
    • Establish clear KPIs and performance benchmarks for redemption and repeat transactions
    • Monitor programme performance using data-driven insights and analytics
    • Provide regular reporting, actionable insights, and strategic recommendations to senior management
  • Stakeholder Management & Collaboration
    • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Digital, CRM, Partnerships, Operations, and Finance teams
    • Ensure alignment on loyalty strategy, priorities, and execution plans
    • Present progress updates, performance insights, and recommendations to senior stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in loyalty programme, CRM, lifecycle marketing, or membership strategy
  • Proven record of accomplishment in designing or optimizing redemption ecosystems or rewards catalogues
  • Experience in hospitality, travel, airlines, retail, or lifestyle membership programmed is highly preferred
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
  • Commercial mindset with a focus on ROI and revenue impact
  • Ability to translate customer insights into actionable strategies
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Strong project management and execution discipline
