In this role, you'll:


Be working as part of a team delivering client focused digital information and records management services, this role plays a key part in strengthening organisational capability, compliance and cultural uplift across Transport for NSW.

This role will see you partner with diverse business units within Sydney Trains to understand operational needs, provide strategic and practical advice on digital records management, and lead the delivery of tailored solutions to complex recordkeeping challenges. You will also support the rollout of records initiatives, embed consistent ways of working, and foster leadership accountability for recordkeeping obligations, while developing your own leadership capability in a complex, fast paced environment. You are a genuine collaborator who seeks to understand business needs, current practices and pain points to deliver effective, fit for purpose solutions.

You will lead and broker new ways of working that uplift digital recordkeeping practices and service delivery in a large, highly regulated and operationally diverse environment undergoing ongoing change. You would be responsible for mentoring and guiding your team members to ensure efficiencies.

Your strong stakeholder engagement, communication and problem solving skills, formed across records and information management, digital, governance, compliance, or service delivery environments, will see you excel in navigating competing priorities, influencing senior stakeholders, and delivering practical, fit for purpose solutions that lead to improved compliance, reduced risk and sustainable business outcomes. You bring a curious mindset and a willingness to learn and adapt, enabling you to pivot in the best interests of the business and deliver sustainable outcomes.

You’re recognised as a trusted advisor and relationship builder, skilled at translating complex or technical requirements into clear, practical guidance, and experienced in leading teams, managing change, and delivering outcomes in complex, matrixed organisations
