The Opportunity
Mosaic is seeking a Manager, Real Estate Sales to work out of our Nanaimo office on Vancouver Island, British Columbia

The Role
Reporting to the VP, Real Estate, the Manager, Real Estate Sales leads the execution of real estate sales and business development initiatives to achieve revenue targets and enhance long-term portfolio value. This role is responsible for implementing sales strategies, managing complex transactions, supporting development initiatives, and building strong, trusted relationships with brokers, partners, communities, and internal stakeholders across BC.

Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Develops and executes marketing and sales strategies for real estate assets, providing informed recommendations on pricing, product positioning, and value‑enhancement opportunities;
  • Identifies and negotiates land sales, leases, and other strategic transactions, preparing proposals, analyses, and business cases to support approvals;
  • Manages sales materials and promotional initiatives in partnership with marketing and communications teams, and represents the organization in meetings with brokers, buyers, and industry partners;
  • Analyzes market trends and competitive positioning to deliver recommendations that enhance asset performance and long-term portfolio value;
  • Delivers market insights and forecasts to drive long‑term portfolio strategy, evaluating development concepts and product mix based on evolving demand;
  • Oversees transaction workflows by coordinating due‑diligence tasks, tracking progress, updating leadership, and ensuring documentation is complete and compliant; and
  • Aligns sales activities with permitting and servicing timelines to support successful project delivery.

What We’re Seeking:

  • 5 - 7 years of progressively responsible experience in real estate/land sales, project marketing, transaction management or business development with demonstrated experience negotiating real estate transactions;
  • Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Urban Planning, Geography, or a related field;
  • Experience marketing development projects or land portfolios, with strong familiarity with BC real estate markets, including Vancouver Island and the Sunshine Coast is preferred;
  • Valid BC Realtor™ license required. Associate/Managing Broker or Property Management licenses considered an asset;
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills, with the ability to manage multiple transactions and projects under tight timelines;
  • Working knowledge of BC real estate regulations, land‑use processes, and development frameworks, supported by solid financial acumen in reviewing pro formas, pricing, and market analysis; and
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as required.

Compensation
The annual salary range for this position is $105,000 to $140,000. Individual compensation is commensurate with skill, relevant experience, and education.
