You will lead a high‑performing Software Quality Engineering team and partner closely with R&D, Product, and Project Management to deliver high‑quality software in a fast‑paced, Agile environment.

What you'll be doing
Lead and develop a team of manual and automation quality engineers
Plan and prioritize test activities to ensure on‑time, in‑scope delivery
Define and communicate test strategies aligned with business and regulatory requirements
Oversee test planning, execution, reporting, and traceability across all test levels
Drive continuous improvement of quality processes, standards, and automation practices
Select and implement testing tools, frameworks, and methodologies
Ensure completeness of system, regression, security, and acceptance testing
Collaborate with R&D, Product, and Project Management to evaluate deliverables and acceptance criteria
Identify risks, process gaps, and audit findings, and drive corrective actions
Provide expert guidance on testing standards, quality management, and regulatory expectations
What we look for
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience
10+ years in software quality engineering, including 3+ years in people management
Experience leading teams across manual and automated testing
Strong expertise with testing tools, automation frameworks, and Agile methodologies (Scrum or SAFe)
Knowledge of DevOps practices, cloud-based solutions, and SDLC
Hands-on experience with scripting/programming (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Ruby) and SQL
Experience testing APIs and/or mobile applications
Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools; Polarion is a plus
Understanding of FDA regulations (21 CFR Part 11, cGxP) is an advantage
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
