Design and development of tractor engine components & sub-assemblies using NX CAD (3D & 2D).
Ensured application of design fundamentals : parametric modeling, design intent, feature hierarchy and fully associated & constrained 2D drawings.
Manage part lifecycle in PLM software (Teamcenter preferred), including Design reviews, Engineering releases and Add-Del..
Execute New concept designs, Product improvements and Cost reduction initiatives.
Support prototype builds, assembly trials and benchmarking activities.
Resolve field issues through structured root cause analysis and design modifications.
Prepare and maintain DFMEA, DVP, DFX, SOPs, and other process-driven documentation.
Analyze endurance and field test results to validate design robustness.
