Position: Manager Radiology

Location: Nasiriyah, Dhi Qar Governorate, Iraq

Contract Details: Full Time, Permanent

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager Radiology for a reputed client in IRAQ, who is dedicated to providing high-quality medical services to the local Job An ideal candidate, should have a strong background in radiology, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the radiology department, including scheduling, budgeting, and staffing.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and quality of services.
• Train and mentor staff to ensure high-quality patient care and customer service.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in radiology technology and procedures.
• Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety.
• Manage and maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality.
• Handle patient complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.
• Participate in hiring and training new staff members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Radiology or a related field; Masters in Radiology preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role in a radiology department.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of radiology procedures, equipment, and safety protocols.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in using radiology software and electronic medical records.
