Job Description

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

To lead and manage Quality, Environment, Health & Safety (IMS) systems, drive continuous improvement initiatives, strengthen process maturity (TMW), enhance employee involvement, and ensure dexterity setup in warehouses with focus on PPM reduction and claim resolution efficiency across the SBU.

A. IMS Certification (QMS, EMS, OHSMS)

  • Plan and execute Integrated Management System (IMS) recertification audits under corporate guidelines.
  • Ensure closure of Internal Audit (IA) observations, including OFIs (Opportunities for Improvement) and Non-Conformities (NCs).
  • Coordinate and lead External Audits (EA)
  • Implement and sustain digital document control systems for IMS documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).

B. TMW (The Mahindra Way) Implementation

  • Drive TMW Cycle assessments.
  • Ensure TMW maturity sustenance in all applicable areas.
  • Monitor GCPP timely assessments and DTMW Reviews & Presentations
  • Conduct Quarterly DWM audits and ensure maturity score > 75%.

C. Employee Involvement & Development

  • Drive continuous improvement culture through: (QC story, LSSYB, LSSGB, LSSBB)
  • Plan and execute Quality Month activities across SBU.
  • Lead Dexterity implementation in warehouses.
  • Evaluate effectiveness of training, projects, and initiatives.

D. Warehouse Quality Management

  • Achieve PPM Quality Target:
  • Monitor and improve customer claim settlement efficiency:
  • Analyze defect trends and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (operations, supply chain, customers).

Diploma in Engineering; Bachelor of Engineering

General Experience

8 to 10 years Experience

Critical Experience

  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001
  • Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, TMW, DWM
  • Audit management & compliance handling
  • Data analysis and problem-solving (7 QC tools, RCA, CAPA)
  • Digital systems implementation (document control, dashboards)
