Join a team where precision meets performance.We are hiring immediately for full-time Manger, Quality Assurance in one of our Customer Service Centers.What You’ll Do In this role, you can expect to lead a high-impact quality team, ensuring aircraft maintenance meets FAA and ISO standards while driving continuous improvement across inspection operations. You’ll oversee compliance, reporting, and technical documentation, playing a key role in aviation safety and performance. Your responsibilities may include (but are not limited to):Lead Inspection Operations: Direct Aircraft and Avionics Inspectors to ensure all maintenance work meets FAA, ISO9002, and internal quality standardsEnsure Regulatory Compliance: Implement and maintain FAA Part 145 Repair Station requirements, Safety Management System (SMS), and ISO9002 protocols across all service activitiesDrive Quality Performance: Monitor and report quality metrics, risk assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives to senior leadershipManage Technical Documentation: Oversee the accuracy and currency of technical manuals, FAA forms, maintenance records, and regulatory publicationsMaintain Inspection Tools & Equipment: Ensure calibration and readiness of precision test equipment and inspection tools per quality control standardsOversee Material & Chemical Safety:
Validate airworthiness of incoming parts, manage rejected components, and ensure safe handling of chemicals in compliance with OSHA, EPA, and company policies
What you need to be successful:Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 7 years of aviation, quality, manufacturing, or service experienceIn lieu of a degree, 11 or more years of relevant experience requiredFAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) license requiredStrong planning, analytical, and communication skillsProficiency in interpreting technical documentation and regulatory standards Why You’ll Love Working Here?
