Rockland Trust is seeking a Manager, Quality Assurance and Delivery to join our Strategic Partnership Office. This role is responsible for providing portfolio analytics, reporting, delivery oversight, and operational support across strategic initiatives and vendor partnerships. The successful candidate will leverage data and insights to help leaders make informed decisions, manage priorities, identify risks, and drive successful outcomes.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, organized, and comfortable working across multiple teams and initiatives. This role combines portfolio management, reporting, delivery coordination, and process improvement to support strategic business objectives.

Responsibilities

Portfolio Management & Reporting

  • Maintain portfolio dashboards, executive reporting, and performance metrics.
  • Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and key decisions.
  • Analyze portfolio, financial, resource, and delivery data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support leadership decision-making.
  • Ensure portfolio information is accurate, complete, and consistently maintained.
  • Monitor budgets, forecasts, resource allocation, and performance against plan.

Delivery Planning & Coordination

  • Support initiative intake, planning, estimation, and prioritization activities.
  • Maintain project schedules, roadmaps, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
  • Provide visibility into delivery progress through reporting and status updates.
  • Identify capacity constraints, schedule risks, and delivery concerns.
  • Support roadmap planning and portfolio prioritization efforts.

Quality Assurance & Governance

  • Support business case development and investment analysis.
  • Track requirements, success criteria, validation activities, and deployment readiness.
  • Monitor business outcomes, benefits realization, and value delivery.
  • Support governance processes and portfolio reviews.

Process Improvement

  • Develop and enhance dashboards, reporting tools, and tracking processes.
  • Automate recurring reporting and data collection where practical.
  • Improve reporting standards, data quality, and operational processes.
  • Lead or support strategic initiatives and special projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, program management, portfolio management, business operations, analytics, quality assurance, software delivery, or a related field.
  • Experience developing dashboards, reports, and executive-level presentations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Experience managing complex information and partnering with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience with financial, resource, schedule, or performance analysis preferred.
  • Proficiency with Excel, Smartsheet, and reporting or data visualization tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
