Responsible to lead quality function for products ensuring TDW is the world's most trusted provider for owners and operators of oil and gas piping systems. Collaborates with global team to : enhance quality procedures; ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory and customer quality requirements; integrate the Quality Management System into business processes and develop quality professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Provides Quality leadership, technical expertise, and coaching to Quality teams to evaluate and reduce risks through the application of Quality principles
  • Manages QA/QC procedures, inspection methods, and NDE methods to ensure TDW products meet codes and customer requirements
  • Actively engages in contract reviews, quality plans, risks assessments
  • Leads a team of Quality Auditors to audit processes and ensure conformity
  • Manages supplier quality to reduce incoming inspection and implements the dock-to-stock program
  • Coordinates activities for maintaining certifications
  • Manages and maintains appropriate quality records
  • Manages CAPAs

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Management (ISO 9001)
