As the Quality Manager for CFPA, you will lead the site quality organization and ensure products, processes, and systems meet customer, regulatory, and company requirements. You will drive customer satisfaction, manufacturing quality performance, Quality Management System effectiveness, continuous improvement, and team capability development.

Our Team

You will join the DSS - QA organization in New Taipei City, Taiwan, partnering with Manufacturing, Engineering, Product Development, Supply Chain, Operations, Customer Service, Supplier Quality, and other Molex teams. You will lead the CFPA Quality team and engage internal and external stakeholders to resolve quality risks and improve performance.

What You Will Do

• Lead and manage all CFPA quality activities to achieve product quality, customer satisfaction, compliance, and business objectives.
• Develop and deploy site quality strategies, priorities, resources, and performance targets aligned with business goals.
• Coach and develop Quality Engineers, supervisors, inspectors, and supporting quality personnel; strengthen accountability, capability, and succession planning.
• Act as the site quality representative for critical customer matters and ensure timely communication, containment, investigation, and closure.
• Lead customer complaint resolution and approve 8D reports, root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions.
• Lead supplier quality management activities to support quality goals and cross functional team.
• Ensure effective incoming, in-process, and final quality controls; strengthen inspection gates and prevent quality escapes.
• Maintain compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 13485, customer-specific requirements, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Lead internal, customer, and third-party certification audits; ensure findings are corrected, closed, and sustained.
• Ensure quality requirements are integrated into new product introduction, product transfers, validation, process changes, and risk management activities.
• Support CFPA capability expansion and readiness for automotive, medical, and other high-reliability market requirements.
• This role requires approximately 10% travel within the region.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in quality engineering, manufacturing quality, design quality, or quality management.
• Minimum 5 years of people leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience leading customer quality issue resolution, cross-functional corrective actions, and internal, customer, or certification audits.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, Quality Management Systems, problem-solving methods, and quality data analysis.
• Effective leadership, project management, stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Fluent English communication and presentation skills are required.

What Will Put You Ahead

• Experience in PCB/FPCB, electronics, automotive, medical device, or another highly regulated manufacturing environment.
• Certified ISO 9001, ISO 13485 or IATF 16949 auditor, or similar quality system certification.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Experience working across multiple sites in a multinational organization.
