Job Description

In this role, you'll:

You will manage and support a team of testers to support the delivery of testing services for projects and BAU.

This role will see you partner with application portfolios to understand the testing demand pipeline from clients they are supporting.

You will manage resource forecasting and allocations, to ensure all demand is covered and all resources are fully allocated.

You will support and upskill junior testing team members through day to day guidance, coaching, and proactive assistance in overcoming challenges and roadblocks.

There are 4 Temporary Full Time positions and 11 Permanent Positions.

About you

Your proven capability in interpreting complex business requirements and translating them into clear testing strategies, will see you excel in this role.

You bring demonstrated experience leading, coaching and developing high performing testing or QA teams, including supporting staff at varied skill levels and fostering a collaborative, growth oriented team culture.

You demonstrate a deep understanding of ICT quality management principles, standards and processes, and have extensive experience
embedding these within team practices to drive continuous improvement.
