WhatYou’llDo for Us
Support the delivery of Public Affairs, Government Relations, Communications, andSustainabilityrelatedinitiativesinTurkey, with a primary focus on Trade Association engagement, under the guidance of the Senior Manager and Director PACS.
Act as the day-to-daylead for Trade Association relationships,representingthe Company in relevant industry platforms, working groups, and committees.
Coordinate Company positions within Trade Associations, ensuring alignment with corporate and Franchise priorities and consistency of messaging.
Monitor TradeAssociationagendas, policy discussions, and regulatory developments, assessing potential implications for the business and escalating insights as appropriate.
Support the development of advocacy positions, briefing materials, and talking pointsfor Trade Association meetings and engagements.
Build andmaintaineffective relationships with Trade Association leadership, member companies, and secretariatsto advance shared priorities.
Support Public Affairs and Government Relations initiativesthrough research, stakeholder mapping, meeting coordination, andfollowupactions.
Track and report on Trade Association activities, commitments, and outcomes, ensuring visibility and accountability.
Support external communicationsrelated to Trade Associations, including statements, key messages, and alignment with broader PACS narratives.
Coordinate with Legal, Marketing, Sustainability, and other internal teamsto ensure aligned positions and inputs for Trade Association engagement.
Support Franchise Sustainability initiativesby coordinatingsustainabilityrelateddiscussions and actions within relevant Trade Associations.
Monitor NGOs, activists, and industry groupsrelevant to Trade Associations inTurkey, flagging emerging issues and risks.
Supportcrisis communicationsby providingTrade Association insights, intelligence, and coordination support.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy, Communications, Political Science, Economics, Law, ora relatedfield
5+ years of relevant experiencein public affairs, government relations, Trade Associations, regulatory affairs, or stakeholder management.
Strong understanding of Trade Association structures, governance, and advocacy processes, ideally withinTurkey
Experience engaging with industry bodies, chambers of commerce, or sector associations
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including preparation of briefs, position papers, and stakeholder updates.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in a fastpaced, dynamic environment
Experience workingcrossfunctionallyand navigating complex stakeholder landscapes
