As Manager of Provider Success at Bicycle Health, you'll pioneer pod-level support and design seamless, automated workflows that eliminate administrative friction for medical teams. This is a role where you can step into a high-impact strategic role where you bridge operations and clinical leadership to transform how high-quality patient care is delivered to our patient population in their recovery journey.

Target Pay: $90,000-$115,000 per hour - Compensation to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
We are looking for a strategic healthcare operations leader who thrives at the intersection of workflow automation, data-driven systems design, and clinical partnership. The ideal candidate excels at removing administrative friction for clinicians and collaborating with medical leadership to scale provider onboarding, scheduling, and support operations.
