For our client in Dubai, we are seeking a Manager Projects (Project Delivery) to lead and manage the execution of large-scale real estate and infrastructure projects. The role focuses on delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and compliance standards, while coordinating across internal departments, consultants, and contractors.
Oversee project delivery lifecycle from planning to handover
Manage project schedules, costs, and quality using Primavera (P6)
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
Ensure compliance with contracts, NOCs, and regulatory requirements
Review claims, variations, and payment applications
Support project reporting, risk management, and operational handovers
Bachelors/Masters in Civil or Construction Engineering
8-10 years' experience in project management; at least 2 years in a senior or lead role
Experience with a developer preferred
Strong knowledge of Primavera, construction processes, and commercial contract terms
Excellent stakeholder coordination and reporting skills
