In this role, you will:


Working as part of a team delivering successful project and program start‑ups by embedding consistent governance, frameworks, tools, and processes, building capable teams, and ensuring a smooth, well‑prepared transition into effective and efficient delivery.

  • You will be leading and coordinating project initiation activities to ensure new projects and programs are set up consistently in line with approved delivery frameworks.
  • You will be overseeing the configuration and use of project management tools, templates, schedules, and registers to ensure accuracy, traceability, and compliance with enterprise standards.
  • You will be applying consistent delivery methodologies, governance, assurance, and reporting standards while identifying and managing risks, dependencies, and resource requirements.
  • You will be leading the project start‑up team and collaborating with PMO & Enablement and assurance functions to support effective onboarding, knowledge transfer, capability uplift, and continuous improvement.

About you

  • You have proven ability to assess complex projects and establish effective controls aligned to delivery frameworks, budgets, and risk profiles.
  • Your strength is building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, sponsors, and vendors to drive alignment and collaboration.
  • You demonstrate expertise in proactive risk and issue management, including identification, mitigation, escalation, and resolution within governance frameworks.
  • You are an experienced leader of cross‑functional teams, fostering accountability and high‑quality delivery, supported by relevant qualifications and project management certification (PRINCE2, PMP, etc.).
