Manager Project Management Corporate Architecture & Events (m/f/d)

Your seat to fill:

• Develop schedules, milestones, and project overviews for corporate architecture projects (office, exhibition, retail, events)
• Manage the planning and development processes across various project areas
• Oversee projects from kick-off through design and technical drawings, ensuring on-time completion
• Plan and coordinate internal and external events, including timelines, budgets, and on-site logistics
• Develop guidelines, toolboxes, reporting structures, and continuously improve the strategic processes to support efficient project delivery.
• Ensure smooth communication within and between departments to keep projects on track

Your stroll to CYBEX:

• A Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Corporate Development, or a related field is an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in project planning or management
• Industry-related certificates and management training are a plus
• German language skills at least at a B2 level
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• A proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and coordinate project goals across teams
• Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with suppliers, colleagues, and clients
