Essential Responsibilities
- Act as customer’s internal advocate leveraging effective cross-site communication for project updates for transparency and efficiency
- Lead higher level complexity projects and multiple projects concurrently from initiation to close out ensuring alignment with strategic goals ensuring within budget scope and forecasted timeline
- Build strong partnership with internal and external stakeholders to define and monitor project timelines
- Communicate regularly with Operations leadership team, commercial team, and customer. Report on the initially agreed upon customer and internal milestones and share progress, issues, and risks
- Maintain a strong working relationship with internal stakeholders, including Quality Control, Quality Assurance and Sample Management
- Proactively identify contract amendments required and communicate to proposals while monitoring amendment from delivery to execution
- Track and manage the financial aspects of the project including revenue forecasting, milestone payments, pass through costs and FTE estimates to ensure on time and on budget.
- Work with PMO leadership to develop and roll out initiatives for project tracking such as dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide visibility for risk management and governance
- Adhere to safety and compliance requirements
Leadership Responsibilities

- Provide regular updates, progress reports, and presentations for clear stakeholder communication
- Frequently advises team on complex matters to support client outcomes.
Minimum Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in life science or related field with not less than eight (8) years’ experience in a biotechnology project management or related field; or
- Masters’ degree in life science or related field with not less than six (6) years’ experience in a biotechnology project management or related field
- Not less than one (1) years’ experience in previous leadership role:
- Experience leading, coaching and developing employees by setting clear expectations, regular connections, and providing ongoing constructive feedback.
- Knowledge in science with relevant regulations for Contract Resource Organization (CRO) preferred with experience working in biotech, pharmaceutical, CRO/CMO or similar
- Highly Proficient in project management software (Smartsheet preferred)
- Project Management Professional certification (preferred)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, and ability to successfully interact with key internal stakeholders and clients
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Acute attention to detail
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects/tasks while still delivering high quality results under time constraints
- Strong organizational and project administration skills
Supervisory Responsibility
- Infrequent supervision and instructions
- Frequently exercises discretionary authority
- Primarily office environment. Full-time in office attendance is required to support project coordination and team collaboration
- Routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets
- Ability to work in an upright andor stationary position for up to eight (8) hours per day
- Repetitive hand movement of both hands with the ability to make fast, simple, repeated movements of the fingers, hands, and wrists to operateoffice equipment
- Ability to access and use a variety of computer software
- Ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand, with the ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences
- Frequently interacts with others to obtain or relate information to diverse groups
- Works independently with little guidance or reliance on oral or written instructions and plans work schedules to meet goals; requires multiple periods of intense concentration

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
- This is a full-time, site-based role
- Some flexibility in hours is allowed, but the employee must be available during the “core” work hours as published in the BioAgilytix Employee Handbook
- Occasional weekend, holiday, and evening work required
