Lead and manage manufacturing projects within the New Product Introduction (NPI) department to ensure successful industrialization, launch readiness, and production ramp-up of new products. This role is responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, developing and validating manufacturing processes, managing project timelines, risks, resources, and deliverables, and driving alignment with Product Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Operations, and other key stakeholders. The position requires strong project management capability to communicate project status, escalate critical issues, support timely decision-making, and ensure new product launches meet safety, quality, cost, capacity, and delivery objectives.
The Manufacturing Project Engineer position will provide advanced machining engineering support and guidance across production—balancing cost, velocity, quality, safety, and environmental compliance while improving equipment and processes. You’ll also help identify and implement process enhancements, monitor reliability, and drive execution of engineering and process changes that strengthen day to day manufacturing performance.
