Job Description

[What the role is]

Implement Integration-centric programmes to promote social cohesion and strengthen community bonding, as well as provide administrative and operational support to the ground staff, ensuring the ground staff and the Integration & Naturalisation Champions (INCs) are equipped to build harmonious, cohesive neighbourhoods across all constituencies.

[What you will be working on]

  • Design and deliver the Chit Chat and Discover SG programme, including procurement, coordination between facilitation vendor and organising Grassroots Organisations to ensure proper set up and execution of sessions, programme and utilisation tracking and processing of grants.
  • Manage the Singapore Experiential Visits programme, including vendor contracting and management of tour guide vendors, drafting contract variations for venue changes and seeking the necessary approvals, monitoring session utilisation and vendor performance, and timely coordination between MCCY, guide vendors, and venue in-charges to ensure smooth programme delivery.
  • Provide administrative support for Community Sharing Sessions which includes making amendments for programme materials, programme tracking, liaising with collaborating agencies, GROs and assigned vendors, and processing of funds.

  • Provide administrative support for the GRC citizenship ceremonies which include scheduling, programme tracking and reporting, liaising with collaborating agencies, GROs and assigned vendors, and processing of funds.
  • Assist with the activation, coordination and tracking of Immigrant Associations (IAs), local and international schools, and community partners in GROs-led community programmes including the One Community Fiestas, Enhanced Integration projects and other ad-hoc volunteering opportunities.
  • Support with the engagement of IAs and community partners to strengthen outreach efforts and community connections and assist in feedback sensing exercises.
  • Assist in managing the MCCY Harmony Circle (HC) – PA Grassroots Organisations (GROs) Partnership Initiative.

  • Design, coordinate and facilitate the Integration Division's biannual learning journey, including venue sourcing and stakeholder liaison.

[What we are looking for]

Experience: At least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in community and stakeholder engagement and programme management with demonstrated ability in performance monitoring and tracking.

Skills: Strong partnership and stakeholder engagement, programme implementation and management skills, experience in performance measurement and reporting. Proficiency in data analysis tools is advantageous.

Others: Knowledge of Singapore's multicultural landscape and community dynamics, ability to work effectively with grassroots organisations and government agencies.
