
[What the role is]
Implement Integration-centric programmes to promote social cohesion and strengthen community bonding, as well as provide administrative and operational support to the ground staff, ensuring the ground staff and the Integration & Naturalisation Champions (INCs) are equipped to build harmonious, cohesive neighbourhoods across all constituencies.
[What you will be working on]
[What we are looking for]
• Experience: At least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in community and stakeholder engagement and programme management with demonstrated ability in performance monitoring and tracking.
• Skills: Strong partnership and stakeholder engagement, programme implementation and management skills, experience in performance measurement and reporting. Proficiency in data analysis tools is advantageous.
• Others: Knowledge of Singapore's multicultural landscape and community dynamics, ability to work effectively with grassroots organisations and government agencies.
