Job Description

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables


• Independently drive and execute tactical projects within VES- Group Product Verticals with minimal supervision.
• Work Closely with VES Platform Leads to define New Project Scope, Budget for Business case Preparation
• Co-ordinate with VES Group Product Head to drive cross functionsal tasks/ projects, Special Assignments and strategic Initiatives
• Track, monitor, and support financial payment processes (Forex) linked to R&D operations and engineering consultancies, ensuring timely closures.
• Resource management - Dept resource mapping/Loading as per project. Manage Contract resoruces - Contract/ Agreements preparation & Sign-off, Budget allocation, PR/PO Tracking, Monitoring efficiency and Closures for Payment processing.
• Maintain and manage high-quality data records with a strong emphasis on availability, accuracy, and up-to-date reporting.
• Leverage basic financial acumen to communicate effectively with Finance stakeholders.
• Conduct sanity checks on critical compliance parameters in contracts and consultancy documents based on predefined rules.
• Apply problem-solving skills to convert observations and symptoms into structured problem statements and actionable issue management frameworks.
• Collaborate across functions to foster a “win-together” culture, demonstrating empathy and understanding while driving outcomes.
• Seek strategic and directional inputs from the PMO Lead as required while taking ownership of assigned tasks.
• Demonstrate agility and resilience in adapting to new situations, stakeholder demands, and changing priorities.
• Thrive in ambiguous environments, maintaining clarity and purpose even without detailed instructions.

Experience


3 to 8 years

Industry Preferred


Preferrably Automotive Tier 1

Qualifications

Position requires a degree in B.E/B.Tech or M.E/M.Tech

General Requirements


A deep functional understanding of Vehicle level automotive Electrical, Electronics and Software Knowledge
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to details.
1. Believe and adhere to high level of interpersonal skills.
2. Willingness to learn and bring innovative methods and approach in work.
3. Ability to access, work with quality and compassion towards the cause.
4. Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively
5. Good understanding of management techniques and methods.

Functional Competencies:


1. Knowledge of new product development process / MPDS
2. Knowledge of Budget and cost management
3. Knowledge on Supplier/ Component Development Processes
4. MS Project, Excel Macros, Any Data analysis tools will have added advantage
5. Demonstrate innovative approaches
6. Able to Execute the deliverables within the time with minimum guidance & timely escalation
