Responsibilities:

• Assuring compliance with all statutory and official stipulations, laws and standards
• Cost-efficient, optimum production of high-quality chassis components
• Human resources management and human resources planning
• Compliance with the currently valid environmental and occupational-safety regulations and the statutory and official stipulations
• Meeting QA requirements in accordance with guidelines of the automotive industry and applying the currently valid QA management system
• The job incumbent is responsible for the production process
• Informing line superiors in the event of significant deviations from targets, product risks, emergencies, etc
• Presenting and representing the production facility
• Driving forward further development of the production facility by means of GROWTTH, innovations, rationalization initiatives, etc
• Be responsible for HSE work of production department. As the department header to ensure HSE requirements have been implemented in their area. Ensure workshop level safety training has been implemented
• Basic safety knowledge
• In case any quality problem occurs, production manager has right to stop production and stop shipment
• Responsible for product safety
• Basic safety management knowledge
• In case of quality risks, the production manager can halt production and transportation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or above
• More than five years related work experiences
• Good QA knowledge for the automotive industry
• Knowledge of business management pocedures
• Basic safety knowledge
• Fluent English in listening, speaking, reading and writing
