Requirements:

• BE - Textile/ Industrial Engineering or MBA Supply Chain
• 6-8 Years of Textile/ Garments Industry preferably work-wear
• Planning & Forecasting Skills

Responsibilities:

• Ensure preparation/updating of production plans and shipment plans as per target to incorporate actual unforeseen deviations.
• Ensure material requirements are procured timely, considering stock levels, stock days and lead times and manage production planning staff and scheduling of material flow to meet production schedules and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with internal customer to achieve shipment targets and prepare forecasts and inventories for reports management team.
• Ensure dead stock/slow moving identification and separation from Regular stocks. Follow up with internal & external stakeholders for optimal utilization of storage capacity and minimal inventory holding cost.
• Improve visibility to management on Inventory, Orders Visibility, Shipments, Capacities Utilization, Challenges, Delays in Export / Imports to ensure business continuity.
• Ensure 100% compliance of policies and procedures related to elements/ guidelines of the Midas Safety.
• Lead and develop the planning team by setting clear objectives, providing guidance, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Ensure effective delegation, performance management, and skill development to enhance team capability in handling dynamic production and supply chain challenges.
