统筹生产资源，高效、高质量地完成客户订单交付，达成交期、成本与质量目标；持续推动精益生产与持续改进，提升生产效率；保障车间安全、环保、健康的工作环境

Plan and organize production resources to achieve efficient, high-quality on-time delivery of customer orders while meeting delivery, cost and quality targets; continuously drive lean production and improvement to raise productivity; ensure a safe, environmental and healthy working environment in the workshop.

What You’ll Be Doing

1, 结合工厂的业务情况、项目进展等信息，积极策划生产产能计划并推动落实

1, Deploy production capacity planning through integrate the information, such as business situation and new project planning and so on;"

2, 设定部门安全、质量、效率、交付等目标，确保目标与工厂级目标保持一致，以及目标分解至团队相应责任区域和责任人。对目标进行系统的跟进和改进。

2, Build Safety, Quality, Productivity, Delivery target, ensure the target align with plant, and distribute the target to corresponding area and asign accountable person. Systematic tracking and improve the target;"

3, 主持协调Shopfloor Tier2 meeting,确保车间各项问题得到及时有效的处理。

3, Facilitate the Shopfloor Tier 2 meeting to ensure timely and effective resolution of shop-floor issues."

4, 参与工厂 Tier3 meeting,对需要支持的问题及时汇报和升级。

4,Participate in the Plant Tier 3 meeting, and escalate issues requiring support in a timely manner."

5，对生产的相关流程、标准执行情况进行不定时的检查和考核

5，Conduct unscheduled inspections and assessments on compliance with production-related processes and standards."

1. 推行精益生产/持续改进工具（DBS、5S、标准作业、防错等），持续提升效率、降低成本。
2. Promote lean production / continuous improvement tools (DBS, 5S, standardized work, poka-yoke, etc.); continuously improve efficiency and reduce cost."
3. 协调计划、采购、质量与供应链等部门，快速处理生产异常，保障生产连续性。
4. Coordinate with planning, procurement, quality and supply chain; promptly resolve production abnormalities to ensure production continuity."

What We're Looking For

1. 本科以上学历，机械/机电/工业工程等相关专业；Bachelor degree or above in mechanical, mechatronics or industrial engineering or related fields.
2. 熟悉机械类产品（精密组件/流水线）的生产流程与质量管理；Familiar with the production process and quality management of mechanical products (precision components / assembly lines).
3. 5年以上制造型企业生产管理经验，有精密制造或无尘车间经验者优先；At least 5 years of production management experience in a manufacturing enterprise; experience in precision manufacturing or a cleanroom is preferred.
4. 良好的沟通、协调与问题解决能力；Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
5. 熟悉质量体系工具（IATF16949、SOP、CP、PFMEA等）；Familiar with quality system tools such as IATF16949, SOP, CP, PFMEA, etc.
6. 熟悉并推动精益生产工具在车间的应用；Familiar with and able to promote the application of lean manufacturing tools in the workshop.
7. 具备一定的英语读写能力。Have a certain level of English reading and writing capability.
