Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 Salary/yearChoice Legal is looking for a Production Manager to join our team onsite!
The Production Manager is responsible for implementing policies and procedures as well as establishing goals and objectives with the intent to improve product quality and productivity.
The schedule is Monday to Friday either 8am to 5pm, or 9am to 6pm.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Set productivity goals for each position with the support of the Director of Operations.
- Ensure agreed upon changes and enhancements are communicated with all employees.
- Process digital files as needed.
- Respond to all departments’ emails concerning status and movement of records within the department.
- Status all work in computer system as required.
- Maintain and organize work flow.
- Maintain confidentiality of files received.
- Communicate all problems to direct Director of Operations.
- Make CDs of files as required.
- Maintain printing.
- Order and maintain office supplies via tracking to ensure all supplies ordered are received.
- Perform all other duties as assigned by management.
ESSENTIAL MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Carrying out all responsibilities in accordance with the company’s standards, policies, and all applicable employment laws.
- Managing and monitoring workflow and providing support, training, and techniques to assist staff in achieving department daily/weekly/monthly goals and standards.
- Encouraging positive morale, maintaining harmony among staff, and resolving grievances when necessary.
- Overseeing the completion and approval of employee timecards and coordinating overtime needs with management and staff as needed.
- Actively participating in the department’s staffing requirements including hiring, onboarding, and separating of employees.
- Creating and implementing plan to meet department’s goals and metrics based on workload and client needs.
- Communicating change effectively and supporting those affected by change.
- Managing insubordinate staff when warranted and initiating coaching or corrective actions as required and/or directed by upper management.
- Evaluating staff needs and performance, providing periodic feedback to staff and reporting any performance concerns and/or recommendations growth opportunities to management.

QualificationsEducation and/or Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Some college desired but not required.
- Prior computer, data entry, medical, legal or insurance claims office is preferred.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to implement operational changes quickly and thoroughly.
- Must be a qualified typist with a minimum of 25 W.P.M; knowledge of 10-Key a plus.
- Must have good understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives.
- Must be highly self-motivated and directed.
- Ability to absorb new ideas and concepts quickly.
- Must have good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks.
- Must have solid attention to detail to ensure accuracy of information is critical.
- Ability to follow all company policies and procedures in effect at time of hire and as they may change or be added from time to time.
