General Summary:
Qualcomm’s Industrial and Embedded IoT (IE-IoT) product marketing team isseekinga strategic and experienced Manager of Product Marketing to lead global marketing initiatives across our IndustrialAI processors and industrial connectivitybusinesslines This role owns end-to-end go-to-market strategy and executionthat drive awareness, engagement, and demand for Qualcomm IoT products and solutionsYou will playa central rolein shaping Qualcomm’sthought and product leadership in the industrial verticals
In this role, you will be on thecutting edgeof emerging technologies,including edge AIand connectivitythat are driving Qualcomm’s expansion into high-growth industrial markets. This is a highly cross-functional leadership role with broad visibility across the IE-IoT business, requiring both strategic vision and hands-on execution excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Ownthe full-funnelmarketingstrategy and execution fornewproductlaunches, includingproduct messaging, assets creation,and globalcampaignactivation.
Drive industrial vertical marketing efforts,includingthought leadership content creation andcompelling messagingto driveawareness, preference, and conversion.
Lead the 360-degreemarketing team, including developer, digital, partner,brandmarketingandPR/AR, to achieve marketingobjectivesaligned with thebusiness unit
Partner closely withproduct management, engineering, sales, and regional teams to execute strategic initiatives throughout the product lifecycle.
Manage major event marketing and demo strategies, delivering compelling customer experiences thatshowcaseedge AIand connectivityinnovations
Define clearmarketingproject plans, milestones, and success metrics; proactively identify and mitigate risks.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of Product Marketing, Marketing, Business, Engineering, Communications, or related work experience.
OR
Associate's degree or equivalent degree and 5+ years of Product Marketing, Marketing, Business, Engineering, Communications, or related work experience.
OR
High school Diploma or equivalent and 7+ years of Product Marketing, Marketing, Business, Engineering, Communications, or related work experience.
*Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, engineering, business, or a related field; MBAwith technicalbackgroundispreferred
8+ years of experience in product marketing, go-to-market strategy, or related roles within a technology company
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives in a global environment
Experience marketing semiconductor, platform, or embedded technology solutions to industrial, enterprise, or B2B audiences
Strong understanding ofindustrial IoT, edge AI, and connected device ecosystems; hands-on experience in the industrial or manufacturing vertical is a strong plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to craft compelling narratives for both technical and business audiences
Exceptionalproficiencyin PowerPoint with a strongattention todetailanddesign sensibility for creating high-impact presentations and marketing collateral
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and deliver results on time
Comfortable traveling to industry conferences and partner events asrequired

Pay range and Other Compensation & Benefits
$129,700.00 - $194,500.00
The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted. Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Qualcomm. We also offer a competitive annual discretionary bonus program and opportunity for annual RSU grants (employees on sales-incentive plans are not eligible for our annual bonus).
