About the Role:

  • Lead product marketing strategy for the knee and hip arthroplasty portfolio across ANZ, including portfolio positioning, launch priorities, lifecycle management and market development plans.
  • Support the successful transition of the Corin knee and hip portfolio into Arthrex by aligning product information, messaging, field enablement, customer communications and operating rhythms with Arthrex standards.
  • Partner with Sales, Business Development Managers, Clinical Specialists and field leaders to translate portfolio strategy into practical customer engagement, surgeon education and field execution plans.
  • Act as the key product marketing liaison for arthroplasty between ANZ commercial teams, APAC stakeholders, global product teams and relevant functional partners.
  • Provide the voice of customer and voice of field for knee and hip arthroplasty, ensuring surgeon feedback, clinical insights, market trends and competitor activity are appropriately captured and communicated.
  • Develop and maintain clear product positioning, key messages, value propositions and compliant collateral to support the Corin-to-Arthrex transition and ongoing portfolio growth.
  • Lead launch readiness planning for new or transitioned arthroplasty products, including messaging, training needs, collateral, inventory considerations, stakeholder briefings and customer-facing support materials.
  • Partner with Medical Education to support surgeon education, training pathways, clinical events and faculty engagement aligned to portfolio strategy and compliance requirements.
  • Work with RAQA, Legal and Compliance to ensure all product marketing activity, promotional materials and customer communications are reviewed and approved in accordance with applicable requirements.
  • Coordinate with Operations, Supply Chain, Demand Planning and Customer Service to support product availability, lifecycle planning, inventory discipline and customer experience.
  • Develop and maintain structured portfolio plans, reports and recommendations covering market opportunity, competitive position, product performance, launch status, risks and growth priorities.
  • Analyse sales data, procedure trends, market share, customer feedback and competitive intelligence to identify growth opportunities, gaps and portfolio investment priorities.
  • Support pricing, forecast and business case inputs by providing accurate product, market and commercial information in a timely manner.
  • Build product expertise across the commercial organisation through clear training materials, field briefings, deep-dive sessions and practical product guidance.
  • Support key customers, surgeon and KOL engagement in partnership with Sales, Medical Education and business leadership, ensuring interactions are professional, compliant and aligned to business priorities.
  • Attend relevant congresses, workshops, customer meetings and field activities to maintain market insight and identify competitive observations, clinical trends and portfolio opportunities.
  • Maintain knowledge of Corin and Arthrex arthroplasty systems, associated instrumentation, workflow considerations, clinical applications and customer support requirements.
  • Prepare monthly or periodic updates for Product Marketing, Commercial Leadership and other stakeholders covering progress, risks, launch readiness, commercial insights and recommended actions.
  • Contribute to cross-functional integration activity, ensuring product marketing deliverables support employee, customer and business continuity through the Corin transition.
  • May travel domestically and internationally as required to support product launches, customer engagement, training, congresses and business integration priorities.

About the Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Science, Health, Biomedical Engineering or related discipline preferred.
  • Demonstrated Orthopaedic knowledge
  • 6+ Years of related Sales or Marketing experience
