We believe every client and customer relationship holds the potential to become something great, and the same is true for our people. As we grow, we’re redefining how great talent connects with meaningful work—enabling our ambitious strategy while building a culture of high performance, creativity, and partnership. About the Role:
We are seeking a strategic and market-savvy Product Marketing Manager to support the growth of our life insurance and annuity business. • Support development of marketing content across channels including digital campaigns, webinars, websites, brochures, and thought leadership initiatives
• Collaborate with distribution and field teams to improve advisor adoption, sales effectiveness, and product understanding
• Ensure all materials align with regulatory, compliance, and brand standards

Market Insights & Competitive Intelligence
• Partner with competitive intelligence to identify market trends, opportunities, and evolving distributor and customer needs
• Support product positioning refinement and marketing strategies based on competitive and market insights
• Contribute to differentiated messaging and sales strategies through informed market perspectives

Performance Tracking & Optimization
• Track and analyze product launch performance, product adoption, and campaign engagement
• Evaluate effectiveness of positioning and messaging across advisor and consumer audiences
• Leverage data and feedback to optimize marketing strategies and improve outcomes

Technology & Process Innovation
• Leverage marketing technologies and AI-enabled tools to improve campaign execution, content development, audience targeting, and workflow efficiency
• Contribute to continuous improvement of marketing processes, tools, and team capabilities

What You’ll Bring:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Finance, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in product marketing within financial services, insurance, retirement, or wealth management
• Strong understanding of life insurance and annuity products and their role in protection, accumulation, and retirement planning
