Key Responsibilities
Develop and drive actionable marketing strategies based on a clear understanding of the market and business dynamics, the voice of customer insights, customer journeys, and brand positioning to drive revenue
Develop brand standards and style guides. Ensure that customer-facing materials are consistent with the approved standards
Develop relevant messaging and assets using a consumer-first mentality that delivers a clear customer understanding of LenelS2 products
Market intelligence. Keep profiles on our competitors – strengths & weaknesses, recent announcements, anticipate actions and responses
Lead the new product marketing activities:
Partner with product management to develop product value propositions and messaging that differentiates LenelS2 new products in the market.
Lead the development of new names and managed the approval process
Ensure this value prop is consistent across all customer touch-points
Work collaboratively with the sales and product management team to develop an ongoing customer communication strategy and the sales tools to assist with the selling process
Develop channel program strategy and marketing plans. Serve as the primary point of contact & communication to Channel and End User Groups to impart and extract knowledge
Responsible for ‘onboarding’ partners with guidelines and tool kits
Provide ongoing support to channel partners
Develop commercial models for SaaS and Services offerings with the support of Product Management and Sales
Lead the digital strategy, development of customer journeys, and the lead management process
Partner with the F&S Marcom team to bring the brand positioning and guidelines to life through marketing content, including social/digital, brand trade shows and events, PR/Social, and website
Plan and manage the LenelS2 budget
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum 5+ years of experience in the field of product or strategic marketing, in consumer technology products in a global organization
Ability to travel 20% of the time
Preferred Qualifications
Other qualifications you may have that would be beneficial in this role include:
MBA
Experience in a B2B environment with strategic, upstream marketing, and downstream marketing, including campaign development and execution, new product launches, advertising, PR, social and digital marketing
Experience using consumer insights to develop effective marketing programs and campaigns.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; experienced creative writer with exemplary attention to detail.
Enthusiasm, drive, and energy to champion new initiatives, and the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently to deliver business results
Strong collaboration, project management, and analytical skills
BTB experience and Security industry experience are highly desirable
Experience in establishing commercial models for SaaS products
