Title and Summary
Manager, Product ManagementIn partnership with global and regional Acceptance teams and cross‑functional stakeholders, this role provides regional leadership across partnerships, acceptance performance analytics, and KPI governance to drive measurable expansion of Mastercard acceptance across EEMEA.
Acceptance is a foundational pillar of Mastercard’s success, reinforcing the strength of the network, brand, technology, and customer relationships. This role operates with significant autonomy and senior executive exposure, translating complex acceptance, partner, and merchant data into actionable insights that shape regional strategy, commercial priorities, and execution focus.
The role requires a strong combination of analytics leadership, partnership ownership, strategic thinking, and operating discipline, working across a broad matrix to ensure performance accountability, consistency of measurement, and sustained business impact across products, partners, and markets.
Key Responsibilities
Partnerships & Channel Performance Ownership
Regional ownership and governance of strategic fintech, ISO, aggregator, and channel partnerships supporting acceptance expansion
Define partnership engagement models, performance expectations, and success metrics across the partner lifecycle
Lead partner onboarding, activation, ongoing performance monitoring, and compliance governance
Support regional and market engagements with partners, RFPs, and external industry forums
Analytics & Performance Leadership
Own and evolve the acceptance analytics and performance management framework across EEMEA
Deliver accurate, consistent, decision‑ready insights for senior leaders and executive stakeholders
Lead performance monitoring, trend analysis, root‑cause diagnosis, and prioritised action plans with markets
Act as the regional authority for acceptance performance data integrity, credibility, and interpretation
Acceptance KPI Governance
Define, govern, and standardise acceptance KPIs across products, partners, and programmes
Track, manage, and optimise GDV, GAV, transaction growth, activation, and merchant performance
Ensure alignment with global and regional acceptance measurement standards and methodologies
Merchant & Programme Performance
Own governance of merchant satisfaction, retention, and performance measurement linked to partners and programmes
Translate merchant and partner insights into structured improvement initiatives
Provide analytics and performance oversight for acquirer‑facing and partner‑led commercial programmes
Optimise programme effectiveness through continuous, data‑driven feedback loops
Pricing & Incentive Analytics (Supporting Scope)
Support pricing and incentive modelling through impact, scenario, and performance analysis
Partner with finance and commercial teams to ensure analytical rigor and decision‑grade insights
Knowledge & Experience
Strong analytical, product, and problem‑solving capabilities
Proven ability to translate complex data into clear strategic and commercial recommendations
Deep understanding of acceptance, merchant acquiring, and partner‑led growth models
Experience operating in large, matrixed organisations with multiple senior stakeholders
Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
Strong technical understanding and comfort working with data, dashboards, and performance frameworks
