Manager, Unsecured Lending Product Finance

Do work that matters

As Manager, Unsecured Lending Product Finance, you'll play a key business partnering role supporting Retail Banking Services (RBS) Product Finance and the Consumer Spending (Credit Cards) portfolio. You'll help drive financial performance through insightful analysis, forecasting, commercial modelling and strategic decision support across products including Awards, Non-Awards and StepPay.

You'll work closely with Product Owners, Crew Leads and Finance stakeholders to deliver meaningful insights that influence investment decisions, product initiatives, pricing strategies and customer outcomes.

Your impact

In this role, you will:

  • Support forecasting, planning, budgeting and performance reporting across the Consumer Spending portfolio.
  • Deliver financial modelling, commercial analysis and actionable insights to support strategic business decisions.
  • Partner with stakeholders across Product, Finance and Retail Banking to drive robust financial outcomes.
  • Contribute to executive reporting, financial disclosures and quarterly business reviews.
  • Analyse portfolio performance, pricing initiatives and campaign effectiveness.
  • Support loyalty economics, scheme arrangements and strategic payments initiatives in partnership with the Yello Finance team.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify processes, strengthen controls and leverage automation and AI.
  • Contribute to a customer-focused and high-performing team culture.

We're interested in hearing from people who have:

  • Proven experience in finance business partnering, commercial finance or financial planning and analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
  • Experience developing financial models and supporting strategic decision-making.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience presenting to senior leaders.
  • Strong financial reporting, forecasting and budgeting expertise.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline (postgraduate qualifications preferred).
  • Experience within financial services or banking is advantageous but not essential.
