Job Purpose: As the Manager, Product Festival Local Partner Activations, you will contribute to the planning and coordination of all local partner and stakeholder activations for the Esports World Cup (EWC) & Esports Nations Cup (ENC) festivals. You will act as a key point of contact for local entities - including sponsors, private partners, tourism organizations, municipalities, and community groups - ensuring their successful participation within the festival environment.
You will contribute to the design, integration, and delivery of partner zones and activations, ensuring alignment with the overall festival master plan, operational standards, and fan experience objectives.
Contribute to the planning, coordination, and execution of all local partner activations within the EWC & ENC festivals.
Manage relationships with Saudi-based sponsors, private companies, and community partners participating in the festival.
Along we Snr Manager manage partner onboarding, briefing, and coordination through all stages - from design and setup to live operations and dismantling.
Ensure all partner activations align with the festival’s creative direction, brand identity, and operational guidelines.
Collaborate with the internal teams to ensure activations meet layout, permitting, and compliance requirements.
Co-Supervise external vendors, contractors, and production agencies responsible for building and delivering activation spaces.
Manage the festival’s local partner activation schedule, ensuring smooth operations and on-time delivery.
Coordinate with the Marketing and Fan Engagement teams to maximize visibility and fan participation in local partner activities.
Align on reporting frameworks to evaluate partner satisfaction, performance, and ROI after the festival.
Where directed, monitor budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial alignment across activation projects.
Prepare partner decks, status updates, and event recaps for senior management and key stakeholders.
Maintain strong relationships with municipal and community organizations to encourage local engagement and participation.
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in event management, sponsorship activation, or stakeholder relations within entertainment, sports, or large-scale public events.
Proven experience managing brand activations and sponsorship projects from concept to delivery.
Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
Excellent understanding of large-scale event planning and partner integration.
Experience collaborating with creative, commercial, and operational teams.
Strong project management and organizational abilities, with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple activations simultaneously under tight timelines.
Solid budgeting, tracking, and reporting capabilities.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to represent EWC with professionalism.
Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
Prior professional experience working in KSA.
